Installation across Eastern Ontario
Professional installation of signs, lettering and vehicle graphics across Belleville, Quinte West, Trenton, Kingston, Napanee, Prince Edward County and the surrounding 613 area. We install what we make, and we will install a sign somebody else made if it is sound. Clean, straight, level, and with the mess taken away afterwards.
What we install
Storefront and fascia signs, 4×8 and post-mounted site signs, window lettering and frosted film, window perf, vehicle lettering and fleet graphics, trailer branding, interior wall lettering and murals, directory and suite boards, and banner hanging. Removal and disposal of old signage too — including getting decades-old vinyl off glass, which is a job most people start once and then phone somebody about.
Why a flat surface is rarely flat
Most of the skill in installation is in the preparation and the setting out. Glass has to be degreased properly or the vinyl lifts at the edges within months. A vehicle panel needs the wax off it. A wall needs its texture assessed honestly, because vinyl will not hold on rough masonry no matter how well it goes on. And the layout has to be measured and levelled against the building, which is frequently not square — a sign hung level with a wonky fascia looks wrong, and a sign hung parallel to a wonky fascia looks crooked. Deciding which one the eye will accept is the job.
Weather and the working season
Vinyl needs a surface above roughly 10°C to bond. That rules out exterior vinyl work outdoors on a cold Ontario day, and it is why winter vehicle and window jobs get done indoors or in a heated space. Rigid panel signs can be mounted year-round. If you are planning a spring opening, the vinyl side of the work is the part to book ahead.
On site, and what we need from you
Tell us the address, what is going up, and anything awkward about access — height, parking, a busy sidewalk, restricted hours, a landlord who needs notice. Photos of the location with something in shot for scale save a site visit more often than not. For anything at height or over a public walkway we will discuss access and timing with you before the day.
Outside the area
Installation is an Eastern Ontario service — see areas we serve. Everywhere else in Canada, we make the work and ship it ready to apply: cut vinyl arrives pre-spaced under transfer tape and most jobs are genuinely a do-it-yourself afternoon with our application guide. If it is a large or awkward installation far from here, we will say so and suggest you use a local installer rather than sell you something that will go on badly.

How do I get a quote?
Email info@signs613.com or send the request form on this site — both land in the same inbox. Tell us the size, the quantity and where it is going, and attach your artwork or a photo. A real person replies with a clear price and turnaround. We do not publish a phone number; if you would rather be called, leave your number in the form and say so.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — standard shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Expedited shipping is available on request; tell us your deadline and we will quote it alongside the free option.
Will I see a proof first?
Always. Every job gets a proof by email showing size, colour, spelling and layout, and nothing is cut or printed until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Most decal, sticker and lettering jobs are made within about five business days of proof approval, plus shipping. Larger signs and installations are scheduled with you. In a hurry? Say so and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What file format should I send?
Vector artwork (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) stays sharp at any size. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works — at least 150 DPI at the finished size. We check it at the size you need and tell you before printing if it will not hold up.
Do you install signs?
Yes, across Belleville, Kingston, Napanee and the surrounding 613 area. For customers further away, many panel signs and all vinyl work can be shipped — ask and we will tell you plainly what works.
What if something is wrong when it arrives?
Custom work cannot be returned for a change of mind, because it is made specifically for you — but if it arrives faulty, damaged or not as proofed, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will remake or refund it.
